- ReadySyncTM automates the connection for Pocket PC users so that they can receive email, software updates or other data without pressing a button - even waking up the device if turned off - for 'always available' functionality.

- SyncXpressTM provides an additional sync profile for Pocket PC users allowing them to select the profile most optimized for their connection type such as email-only updates for wireless connections or full updates for high-speed cradle or 802.11b-based connections.

- Pocket PC 2002, RIM BlackberryTM and Palm i705 devices are supported in different areas of iMobile Suite.

For IT administrators who support the remote and mobile workforce, iMobile Suite 4.1 has been enhanced with powerful new features to help lower the total cost of ownership and ease administration of users:
- Security features have been expanded to include forced passwords, multiple authentication methods, optional user auto-discovery, and certificate management deployment.
- Reporting has been enhanced with new standard and summary level reports as well as more detailed logging of both client and server events.
- Pocket PC configuration can be automated by capturing the settings on the administrator's device and providing the tools to set and enforce these settings across all users.
- Pre-scripted actions have been expanded to simplify software distribution so that administrators do not have to write code to accomplish common tasks such as changing a registry setting on a device.
