Lilly Software Partners with SynchrologicTM to Deliver CRM Data to Remote Users
31 March 2003, Hampton, NH and Atlanta, GA (USA) - Lilly Software Associates announces that it has partnered with Synchrologic to offer its VISUAL CRMTM users the advantages of the Synchrologic Data Sync. Data Sync is part of Synchrologic's Mobile Suite, comprehensive mobile and wireless infrastructure software that allows companies to synchronize data between their enterprise applications and their mobile devices. It operates as the backbone for Lilly's Remote Sync tool, enabling sales and service users to work remotely offline and later connect to send information and download the latest leads, e-mail, orders, quotes, account history, product data, and inventory levels.
Lilly Software offers its Remote Sync tool as an option within VISUAL CRM, its successful customer management application. Current users are finding that they can transfer data quickly because Remote Sync updates only the fields they've changed or added since the previous synchronization, not the entire database. Users also comment that the application is extremely reliable and note that it compresses files so that they are easier to transmit, which is particularly important for sales associates that travel in countries where they cannot get high-speed Internet connections.
