Synchrologic Appoints Doug Hadaway as CFO
ATLANTA (September 13, 2000) - Synchrologic, the leader in synchronizing Business Data Anywhere, announced today the appointment of Douglas B. Hadaway as Chief Financial Officer. The addition of the seasoned financial executive adds depth to the company's management team as it strengthens its position as the provider of the essential synchronization platform required by enterprises for managing mobile devices and enabling anywhere access to vital business data and applications.
Hadaway is the former CFO of NetZip, Inc. a leading developer of Internet utility software. At NetZip, Hadaway played an integral role in the company's finance and operations strategies and was instrumental in the merger of Netzip with Internet goliath RealNetworks, Inc. earlier this year. He has also served as CFO of Link2Gov, a provider of Internet-based government technology solutions, and has held senior finance and strategy positions with Premiere Technologies, an Internet communications and holding company.
Hadaway is a CPA who spent nine years at Price Waterhouse, managing audits for large publicly-held corporate clients.

In June, Synchrologic announced the appointment of John Dancu as President and Chief Operating Officer. Dancu was also previously at the helm of NetZip, serving as its President and Chief Operating Officer.
More recently, Synchrologic secured equity funding worth $22 million. Investors included JK&B Capital, Financial Technology Ventures, Grotech Capital, Boston University's Community Technology Fund, and Noro-Moseley Partners and Alliance Technology Ventures, both of Atlanta.
